I was born in Stepanakert in 1988.When my inclination to Mathematics was revealed during Primary School, I was transferred to Physical-mathematical School in Stepanakert. Upon graduation I was admitted to the Department of Informatics and Applied Mathematics at Yerevan State University. After three semesters, I had to suspend my education since I was drafted for military service where I served two years.After completing my service, when I was back into my studies, I worked hard in order to recollect the previous knowledge and catch up with the university studies where I had initially left them.

During my undergraduate studies I became acquainted with many branches of Applied Mathematics, and eventually became greatly interested in one of them – Financial Mathematics.

I am going to do my Masters Degree in Mathematics of Finance program at the Department of Mathematics of the Columbia University.

I plan to acquire all the necessary knowledge for my future career and later returnto Artsakhto develop this field both in Artsakh and in Armenia.

Hobbies include chess, table tennis and football.
