    I was born in Yerevan in 1988. I attended Kh. Dashtents School No.114, which I finished in 2004 and was awarded gold medal in recognition of outstanding academic performance throughout school years.

    In the same year I entered Yerevan State University, Faculty of Physics and in 2008 completed my BS course in the field of Applied Mathematics and Physics with honors.

    From September 2006 to May 2008 I received a special annual scholarship for the best academic performance. I was also the winner of All-Armenia Public-Speaking Competition 2006 and represented our country in IPSC in London.

    In 2006 I became an MS student at the Department of Molecular Physics and in 2010 was awarded Master's degree in Physics. My GPA was 19.9.

    In 2009 I became the winner of Flash Camp Armenia; "Create World with Adobe" competition. I have made presentations at international conferences.

    In March 2010 I was privileged to be accepted to the Life Science Zurich Graduate School, a joint institution of ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich to work towards a PhD in Systems Biology.
