I was born in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1980. I grew up in a post-communist climate and my parents always encouraged me to pursue good education and learn languages. After high school, I was determined to pursue undergraduate education abroad.
I graduated McGill University in 2004, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Major in Finance and minor in Information Systems Analysis. During college, I was the VP of Finance for the McGill Armenian Student Association growing our membership base and partnering with Armenian student organizations from other universities.
Upon graduation from McGill University, I began working for Gap International, a management consulting firm based out of Philadelphia, USA. Throughout my 6-year experience, I have specialized in business strategy consulting and helped companies throughout the world implement strategic initiatives to grow their organizations and communities. In 2009, I became the Treasurer and Board Member of the Armenian Young Professionals in Philadelphia.
In May 2011, I started my Masters of Business Administration for Executives at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
