In 2009 I graduated from Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University, Department of International Relations with excellence. The fact that I enjoy learning and challenging myself greatly contributed to my decision to apply to the American University of Armenia (AUA). I received my LLM degree from AUA in June 2011.
Currently I work for the We for Civil Equality NGO, holding a position of Women’s Programs Officer. I am responsible for the development and coordination of programs aimed at women empowerment. My main responsibilities include preparation, publication and dissemination of informational materials on women’s rights, organization and facilitation of trainings, workshops and round-tables, coordination of the regional women’s network, as well as women initiatives’ support in the regions of Armenia. Previously I worked for the British Council Armenia, helping to organize and coordinate Cambridge ESOL and IELTS examinations for 1.5 year.
In September 2010 I started my LSAT (Law School Admission Test) tutoring practice at the American University of Armenia, helping the Law School applicants to realize their goals.
I am also one of the founders of the Armenian Youth For Liberty initiative group aimed at the encouragement of a liberty-minded generation of Armenians. I organized and coordinated the first Liberty English Camp in Armenia in January 2011.
Gaining knowledge and continuously pursuing academic/professional excellence is my motto.
