Call for papers
INTERNATIONAL AND COMPARATIVE LAW CENTER -ARMENIA
The International and Comparative Law Center-Armenia (ICLaw-Armenia) announces a call for papers for the Armenian Yearbook of International and Comparative Law. The editorial board of the periodical comprises of renowned Armenian and international experts in International and Comparative Law.
Submissions should meet the following:
- Language- English;
- English and Armenian abstracts need to be submitted along with the paper
- The paper should:
- Discuss current problems of International/Comparative Law;
- Contain innovative conclusions/recommendations (represent innovative/thorough analysis of the relevant problem);
- Conduct research and analysis of said issues making use of different scientific methods;
- Comprehensive use of relevant primary and secondary sources;
- The citations should be in accordance with the Blue Book. http://www.law.cornell.edu/citation
- Length - 2.500-10.000 words,
- The title page of the paper should include the following information:
- First and last name;
- Education;
- Present occupation;
- Academic degrees/titles (if any)
- Prior scholarly publications are desirable.
- The paper should not be previously published.
The deadline for submitting the paper is 30 July, 2011.
Papers should be submitted electronically and, if possible, also in print. Please send the papers to the following e-mail address: info@iclaw.am.
The papers will be published only upon approval of the Editorial Board of the Yearbook. The decision of the Editorial Board on that regard is final and not subject to appeal. It should be emphasized that even in case of a single incident of plagiarism, the paper will not be published, and further cooperation with the author will be ceased.
