I attended Yerevan School N 172 and Sayat-Nova Music School where I played the violin. In 2000, I went to the United States as an exchange student and spent my senior year of high school in North Carolina. Upon graduating from high school, I entered university in the US and in 2005 graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Business & Management from Dickinson College. During my junior year of college, I spent a semester at the University of Toulouse in France, which is known for its excellent program in economics.
I continued pursuing my passion for economics and received a Master of Arts degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in 2007. While at Brandeis, I worked as an investment management intern at BNY Mellon Asset Management in Boston.
Upon finishing my studies, I entered a career in economic consulting and became part of high profile litigation cases as an economic and financial consultant at Analysis Group in Boston.
In the fall of 2011, I will begin my MBA studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
I want to be a pioneer of new initiatives that will make lives of people in various parts of the world more efficient and produce economic gains for them.
