I was born in Stepanakert in 1988. In 2002 and 2003 I became a winner of the “We Know that You Know” youth intellectual TV contest. In 2003 I won first place at the National History Olympiad.
In 2006 I was admitted to Yerevan State University, Department of Political Sciences and received my Bachelor’s degree with honors in 2010. In the same year I started my Master in Conflict Studies at YSU. In 2010-2011 academic year through Erasmus Mundus exchange programme I studied business Management at Alexander Technological Educational Institution of Thessaloniki, Greece.
- July-October 2010: intern at Antigone Information and Documentation Centre in Thessaloniki.
- April-June 2011: intern at the Representation of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in Yerevan.
- May-July 2011: intern at the British Embassy in Armenia.

Research interests: security studies, strategies of conflicting sides, Caucasus politics, geopolitics.
Hobbies: reading, singing, poetry reading, playing chess.
