EXCHANGE OF VIEWS
ON THE ISSUE OF LEGITIMACY TO SHOOT DOWN THE
AIRCRAFT OF UNRECOGNIZED STATES
Taking into consideration the recent developments and discussions in Armenia, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, and Azerbaijan over the Stepanakert airport and civilian flights, ICLaw-Armenia and the AUA Law department invite all interested students, representatives of political parties, and governmental bodies, as well as NGO-s and other institutions, to take part in the exchange of views on the issue of legitimacy to shoot down the aircrafts of unrecognized states. The key speaker will be Dr. Vladimir Vardanyan, Head of Division of International Treaties of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia. The discussion will be held in the American University of Armenia on 25th of April 2010, at 1:30 pm.
